Fried Chicken Chops. I fell in love with them when I visited 豪大大雞扒 at Shilin in Taipei. Every time I am there I make a visit.

There are now many competitors out there and Monga is a major one from Taiwan as well.

Started just 7 years by Taiwanese comedian Nono and his partner, the King of Fried Chicken, Liu Mingdao, they are now in Singapore.

The “King” is the chicken chop with salt and pepper seasoning. It’s the original and the taste was fresh, juicy and crispy right out of the fryer.

The actual Fried Chicken was not bad either. Nicely fried and flavorful. The Fried Broccoli was an interesting side.

And of course they sell Boba and Fruit Teas also!
