I never know what the right term for it is. In Malaysia, especially Penang, it’s called Nasi Kandar.
In Singapore it’s not called this, but sometimes it’s called Nasi Padang or Malay Rice.
Either way, Muslim Delights does it right.
My problem at these establishments – too many choices so my plate becomes big and expensive.
I always think about it as I queue. Over and over in my head as I get closer and closer.
This time, I went for (from the bottom going clockwise) Curry Chicken, Egg, Bergedil, Ayam Penyet, Curry Vegetables and Beef Rendang.
