A colleague of mine introduced us to Kok Sen on Keong Saik, a Tze Char that produces great dishes. She was surprised that we hadn’t heard about it.
We went down one day and wow, I wish I had heard about it earlier!
One of the specialties is Prawn Hor Fun. The wok hei is great and the gravy has a great kick from the chilies.
The Beef Hor Fun is also a winner. Tender and full of flavor.
The Claypot Yong Tau Foo is another recommended dish and that is also so full of flavor.
Sweet and Sour Fried Grouper. So delicate and tender. What another great dish.
The Har Cheong Gai made from chicken parts, not just the wings. Wow. Also another great dish.
