High Tea is always a nice choice for a special occasion, especially when it’s in a beautiful place.

That fits the description for Skai and its Premium High Tea.

With sweeping views of Singapore and the South China Sea, it’s a beautiful place to celebrate my wife’s birthday.
There is a nice tower of sweets and savories and a basket of baked goods as well. Put it all together, it’s beautiful.

One highlight is the Lobster with Celeriac, Green Apple and Caviar. Then the savories have Foie Gras, Salmon, Crab, Shiitake, Egg Mayo and Smoked Salmon.

The sweets have some nice Raspberry Macaroons, Cocoa Bonbons, Coffee Choux, Matcha Chocolate Pralines, Potato Sables and Pomelo Cheesecake.

The Baked Goods had a nice Pumpkin Feta Cheese Quiche, Yuzu Butter Tea Cake, Sunflower Shortbread Cookies, Citrus Vanilla Madeleines, Creme Brulee Cheese Danishes and Vanilla Scones with Cream and Jam.

Great atmosphere and lovely place to celebrate.
