Sometimes you need a step back from eating local food and I did just that when I got to Ho Chi Minh City and had dinner at East West Brewing Company.

Though I am not an alcohol drinker, I did start out with a Hefeweizen to sample the local homemade brew.

For the food, a Sausage Platter, Grilled Beef Rib with Garlic Bread and a nice Salad hit the spot for the three of us.
