Ma Maison – 100AM, Tanjong Pagar

Ma Maison is known for Tonkatsu. I hadn’t tried it yet in all these years and now was the time.

It was crispy and fresh. But, I prefer the Rosu and not Hire, which is what Ma Maison serves. I like a little more fat.

The Gyu Katsu Omurice in Stroganoff Sauce was an interesting combination. It doesn’t really seem to go together though.

I don’t quite get the Japanese-French fusion in Japan and don’t quite get it here either.
