In the industrial area of Manesar, just south of Delhi, there are some places to find a nice meal. Chumbak is one of these.
They specialize in North Indian food, but also have Asian and Western food. Of course, we went for North Indian food.
We started out with Gobi Manchurian, the Indian fusion classic of Cauliflower in a Chinese-Indian style sauce. Fresh, hot and just the nice amount of sweet and spice.
We also went with Fried Mushrooms. These were also great! Soft, but still crisp, and the sauce was similar to Manchurian.
For the mains we went with Lamb Rogan Josh, a classic, and Dal Makhini, another classic.
With the right breads, it was awesome. Of course Butter Naan and Paratha were great. But something interesting to me was the choice of Ajwain Naan. Ajwain is supposed to aid in digestion and the taste is mild, but you can definitely taste it in the bread.
