Springleaf Prata – Upper Thomson

Springleaf Prata has been on my list for awhile and my colleague and I finallyl got the chance to try it out. It’s known not only for the normal Pratas and noodles and rice, but also for innovative Prata combinations.

We went for the Ultimate Murtabak – Tandoori Chicken, Mushroom and Mozzarella. So filling and good!

Another innovative one was the Plaster Blaster – an Eggs Bendict Prata. Prata with Ham and Poached Egg and Hollandaise. Wow, awesome. So good.

Coin Prata was nice and crispy and the Bee Hoon Goreng was a good way to round it all out.

And Teh Tarik to wash it all down!
