Prairie by Craftsmen is one of the many new cafes in the Joo Chiat area.

I am not much of a cafe person, but I wanted to try, and went for a work meeting.

Breakfast Bunwich was my choice. Scrambled Eggs with Onion, Cheddar and Curry Ketchup. I added a Hash Brown to it.

Wow. Overflowing with egg, nice and runny. The bun was fresh and soft. What a great Egg Sandwich.

Spam Bagel. The Fried Egg inside was nice and runny and the spam piece was amazingly huge.

Another good choice.

A Macadamia Nut Latte was an interesting choice for me. Not too sweet, but it was definitely sweet.

Great food, but, as it my major complaint with cafes, the price was way too expensive. Two meals and two coffees, total cost – $60 SGD!
