Shabu de Bear was interesting to me because they had fusion Sushi. A mix of Thai-Japanese flavors for sushi, along with Shabu Shabu.
For one set price, you can have unlimited Shabu Shabu, Sushi and side dishes.
Tom Yum Seafood Sushi was among those items which mixed Thai flavors with traditional Japanese Sushi items.
The meats for Shabu Shabu were also quite fresh and good. We went with Sukiyaki and Tonkatsu soup for the Shabu Shabu.
Overall, a value for money, as the buffet was about $15 USD.
