Dhabkwan is a resort in Nanthaburi that is known for weddings and refined dining.
We went there as a group for a conference and the food was amazing!
We started with Shredded Coconut and Cashews in a Flower Petal. I also had some Prawns which we added on top.
Shredded Vegetables in Egg Wrap, which is close to a Ban Xeo in Vietnamese cooking.
Pad Thai Koong was sweet, savory and delicious.
Tom Yum was also out of this world.
Fried Sea Bass with a Tamarind Sauce was done perfectly.
