Esquina has been on the list for awhile and my birthday dinner was there. I enjoy Tapas and small bites and hoped the experience would be a great one!
The star of the show is the Suckling Pig. In our case we got a small one, which was the Leg Portion.
The skin was so crispy and flavorful. And the meat so tender. I think it is one of the best suckling pigs that I have ever eaten.
Our other main was the Red Prawn Paella. This one was a bit disappointing to me. It didn’t quite hold all the flavors I wanted.
We started with Croquettas, Pan Con Tomate and Iberico Ham.
The Croquettas were full of flavor from the Ham and Machego.
The Tomato Bread was nice as well, but even better when eaten with the Iberico Ham.
Dessert was a Chocolate Mousse on bread and a nice piece of Chocolate cake!
