Kuya J is a chain of local Filipino food, and we headed there for lunch in Cebu.
We started with some nice Crispy Pata, with the crispy skin and great Pork Leg meat. Really tasty dish.
Some Pancit Canton, which is too salty for me, too much Soy Sauce in the noodles.
Lumpia to start off. Fried crisp, not too oily and a nice dish.
Pochero Bulalo Tagalog. The beef shank was tender inside, and the soup flavorful. But again, a little of the salty and sweet side.
