I was in the Wisma Food Court and saw Sing Hong Kong Kitchen and couldn’t resist.
It’s hard to find a good HK Curry in Singapore, so I was drawn to the HK Style Pork Chop Rice with Scrambled Egg.
Made right before your eyes, the egg was fluffy and then then Pork Chop was cooked a bit with the Curry Sauce.
For me, the Curry was more local Singaporean than Hong Kong style, which was unfortunate. I can get Hainanese Curry Pork Chop Rice at many, many places.
