Supply and Demand has a few branches around Singapore and I find them quite nice for food quality and some inventive flavors.

There are brunch options on the weekends such as Crostini Con Uova Strapazzate Al Tartufo – Truffled Scrambled Eggs, Raclette, Mozzarella, Parma Ham and Creme Fraiche. A little dry, but a good taste.

Then there is their own version of Banh Mi, which was quite nice.

Salmon Zosui is a reminder of a full Japanese breakfast – so nice.

Then there are other dishes – Ikura and Ebi Tempura Don, Unagi Don, Pasta Seafood, Vodka Salmone and Carbonara – fresh and great tasting.

The Pizza was not bad either. This one was Chorizo, Sausage, Mushrooms and Onion.

Appetizers of Peach and Parma Crostini, Calamari, Assorted Bruschetta, Spinach Salad and Fresh Oysters are also really tasty.

This place is not cheap, but the food is delicious and fresh.
