Three Sisters Prawn Noodle at Mayflower Market is unassuming.

The queue is average for a good stall and the market itself is not so big.

But the Prawn Noodles are full of flavor, spice and a can’t stop eating quality.

The sauce on the dry version is packed with sweet and spicy flavors that roll off the Kway Teow and Mee Kia (I went for Kway Teow instead of Bee Hoon, which is my usual, but they ran out of Bee Hoon).

I can’t say enough – a great addition to my great finds list.
