One of the things that Bologna is known for is Cold Cuts. Especially Mortadella. Mo! Mortadella Lab specializes in sandwiches that contain Mortadella as the main ingredient.

On this lazy Sunday afternoon, there was no queue at all, and as a result, I got my sandwich in under 5 minutes. Usually the queues are so long, you have to wait awhile.

I went with the number 10, Mortadella with Provolone Del Monaco, Dried Tomatoes and Rocket Salad.

Piled high with Melt in your mouth Mortadella, and no dressings at all, this sandwich was amazing.

The bread was slightly grilled and the cheese a great touch along with the veggie.

I would love to try more of their sandwiches and will on my next trip to Bologna.
