Black Dynasty Ramen has a reputation for one of the better Ramens in Nashville. It’s located inside the a bar called the Bearded Iris. You go in, and you order the Ramen separate from the bar. It’s interesting.

I went with a simple Tonkatsu Ramen and some Gyoza.

Yup, it’s good. Deep broth, great bite on the noodle.

But it’s not cheap.
