Steam Boys has been a place I have been wanting to try, and it has several branches in the Nashville area.

First off – Xiao Long Bao.

Legit. Right there for quality and taste.

Fried Pork and Shrimp Dumplings – not bad for Guo Tie, pretty good.

They are famous for their Pork Bao.

To me, not that great. Not quite how I like my Bao.

Then there is Taiwanese Beef Noodles.

This was pretty good and full of Beef. Really a nice bowl of Noodles!

I like this place and I am sure Kaleb will too!
