When I go to the Toa Payoh HDB hub, I always get a craving for the noodles at Hiang Ji.  Even though they have a lot of roast meats, I prefer the noodles here.  The roasted meats with rice, it’s only ok.

So today, I wanted a quick snack, so I went with the Dumpling Noodles.  $4, but the dumplings are big and flavorful.  And then the noodles are nice and springy, perfect to bite.

The wanton noodles are also very nice!
