There is a little bakery of bread and desserts in Ikon Village at Tanjong Pagar.  It looks good, but I am not so sure.  So I decided to stop there one day for lunch.

I am looking for a Panera-like place.  I want to open a Panera-like place in Singapore.  I thought this might be close.  I was wrong.  This place could be so much more than it is now.  I tried the Turkey Ham Sandwich on a baguette.  Not great, and overpriced at $7.  A huge miss.

I’ll keep looking. Who knows, I still want to open the salad/sandwich/bread/pastries shop that is killer.
