This is something which is a little different for me. I had never really heard of this before I came to Singapore. Salt-Baked Chicken. I only imagined it as a salt crust roast chicken. But it’s not.
It’s dark sauce with a lot of salt.
Lena’s favorite is Chakey’s on East Coast Road. Across from i12 Katong, one large one is $19.50.
Here it is! The chicken itself. I find it too salty, but man, Lena loves it!
