My food exploration with Kevin Cox of Foodwalkers.com started at the Tampines Round Market and wound up at Bedok North Street 1 Block 216 Food Centre. We wound up here because the 137 Lor Mee at Tampines was closed, but I knew that there was another location here in Bedok. Kevin had never been to this food centre either, so we went. We also tried the Sungei Road Trishaw Laksa, which I featured before.
This Lor Mee has the same gravy, but it’s the ingredients which are different. This one has fried fish. I love that the fried fish is always so crispy and fresh and at the same time, is not oily at all.
Love the crispiness and the gravy. It is different than other Lor Mees out there, but this one is just as good.
