I was looking for a good start to the day, and decided to go for breakfast at the Mandarin Gallery. I was in the mood for a fancy breakfast, and I definitely found it here!
Located upstairs at the Mandarin Gallery, it’s a small space, but quite cozy.
A good breakfast is always about a start with a good coffee. And this was pretty good. In Singapore, I always go for a Long Black with hot milk on the side. It makes a damn nice cuppa!
I went for some of my favorite things all rolled into one. The Parisienne is their version of a Croque Madame. French Toast, Ham, Dijon, Hollandaise and a fried egg.
