I love watching my New York Rangers play, and I love it even more when they win. Traveling to Vancouver to watch them win is awesome! But when you stay downtown and you want a quick bite after the game, where do you go?
How about some Ramen! Located right on Robson Street, about 3 blocks from BC Place, is Jinya Ramen Bar. The queue can be quite long, and we hoped that it was worth it. It is a chain apparently, and there are a few locations on the West Coast.
You can get an order of Gyoza for cheap with an order of Ramen. So that’s what we did. Nice Gyoza!
Tonkatsu Black, which is one of their most popular Ramen. The broth is amazing. The Chashu so tender and meaty. This is just a heavenly bowl of Ramen.
Tonkatsu White. Less items, but still as good.
The broth is the real star, as it should be for Ramen. On a cold night after a great Ranger win, this hits the spot!
