The Wallingford area has got a nice selection of restaurants. There’s Tilth for example, and then there’s Miyabi 45th, where you get the best homemade Japanese Soba among other items.
We ventured in for lunch one day, and despite it being quite empty, the food quality was awesome.
There are lunch sets, so we started with some Salad.
A little Chaysu Soba to start off. Great taste in the broth, Chaysu was awesome as well.
Ten Don. They don’t just make great Soba, but the Tempura is nice as well.
And some Zaru Soba. The nice dipping sauce. I love cold Soba dipped in the sauce with Wasabi. There’s just something heavenly about the taste of it.
