It’s Happy Hour and we’re at it again!  Time for us to try more Happy Hour goodness.  This day we decided to try Salt & Iron in downtown Edmonds with two more friends.  Heard things about it, let’s see if it lives up to it.

We start off with some Grilled Como Bread.  Nicely grilled and the Chimichurri that goes with it is awesome.

Grilled Avocado Toast.  It is so California!

Smelt Fries.  One of the specialties, not greasy and well done.

Clams and Mussels.  With more bread! Nicely flavored!

Linguini with a bunch of vegetables.  Looked ok, but I didn’t try it, but heard it was okay.

Beef Sliders.  Nicely done.

But the star of the night for me was the Steak Salad.  The greens were fresh, the steak perfectly done.  All together, it was magical!

Happy Hour is definitely where it’s at for Salt & Iron.
