I wanted breakfast.  A small, simple breakfast.  Hey, Hash House A-Go-Go looked good.  It’s at The Linq, so I went in.

Went up the escalator, and no wait!  Excellent.

I checked out the menu, and saw Benedicts.  Yes!  I love Eggs Benedict.

Interesting, Fried Chicken Benedict.

OK, let’s give it a shot.  A nice simple Eggs Benedict with Fried Chicken instead of Ham or Bacon.

A nice small, simple breakfast.

Simple?  You have got to be kidding me!  Look at what came out!

A huge piece of fried chicken with melted cheese on top, put on top of bacon, spinach and a biscuit.  Then a cream sauce poured all over it.

You have got to be kidding me!

But it was good!  I only got through half of it though.

This is Vegas baby!
