I was in Chinatown in Seattle and needed a quick meal, but didn’t really feel like Chinese food, so I decided on Green Leaf for some Vietnamese.
A great little place, with a great reputation.
A little quiet, but it was 8:30 at night.

I went with one of my old standbys for Vietnamese food – bún chả giò thịt nướng – or Grilled Pork and Spring Roll on Rice Vermicelli. I was lazy and went for the bowl, where they put it all together.
The Pork was outstanding. Sweet, charred and tender. I love mixing it all together and dipping it in the nice fish sauce.
I will be back!
