Hoa Tuc – Ho Chi Minh

Ho Chi Minh is the master at having hidden places to eat.  We walked under an arch and inside of this huge courtyard were 4 different restaurants and a huge stage!  The stage was for a Middle Eastern restaurant that had Belly Dancers.  Instead, we went to Hoa Tuc, a nice casual Vietnamese place.

We started with a mixed platter.  It had all the classics as you can see.  Fresh, vibrant and delicious.img_9767Pumpkin Flowers stuffed with Fish Paste and deep fried.  Wow. img_9768 Sweet Pork Ribs.  Lovely!img_9769Crab Meat Bean Vermicelli.  So nice and full of wok hei. img_9770It’s going to be a little more expensive than a lot of other places in HCM, but I tell you, the food is really, really good!
