I walked by the newly opened Hong Kong Soy Sauce Chicken and paused real quick. Has the Michelin Star stall already branched out so much that they put a stall at Old Airport Road?
No. It’s not affiliated, but I am sure the name is there to get people to look at it and buy thinking that it might be. Hey, it’s a good slogan – I stopped to see. And I bought.
I went for the Soy Sauce Chicken Noodles. This is the $5 version.
If you notice the picture above, the chickens are not that big. This $5 portion is nice, but $5 worth? It could be. It’s not bad for what it is.
The chicken is tender and juicy and the taste is quite nice. The uncle does a good job with the noodles. It’s a nice addition to Old Airport Road.
