Famous, famous Fish Head Steamboat.  We had to try it right?

The space is small, and it’s quite busy.  Reservations can be made, and I would recommend that for sure. First off, some plain egg, since Hezekiah is with us. And of course, Prawn Paste Chicken. Then the main attraction, the Fish Head Steamboat.   The soup is flavorful and milky, the fish is cooked well.  It’s a good soup, that’s for sure.

What sours me here is the experience.  The staff is in such a rush to get you out of there to give your table to someone else.  Always hounding you if you are finished yet, can they clear it for you, etc.  It’s quite annoying because you’re trying to enjoy your meal and they are rushing you to leave.

That’s why I don’t think I’m going back.
