I haven’t really heard of Beef Katsu before, but saw this and decided to give it a try.  Located in the basement of Paragon, they have a selection of Kushi Katsu.

The specialty is the Beef Katsu and it’s part of their lunch special. The special is the Beef Katsu and Pork Katsu on a stick.The Beef Katsu is flash fried for a minute and brought out.  It is quite rare, but luckily for most eaters, you can change the doneness of the beef. They have a grill that they bring you and you roast it until the consistency that you like.Nice and tender, a really great piece of beef.  It’s a different experience, that’s for sure!
