Gurgaon, on the outskirts of Delhi, has grown beyond belief in the last 10-15 years. It’s close to the airport and is now home to a lot of tech companies. As a result, you have large complexes where you can find something to eat. Punjab Grill Tappa is one of many here.
They are known for the mix of classics with a modern twist. So we started out with the classic way to dine – a Tandoori Grill. Here you have Lamb, Malai Chicken and Tandoori Chicken. Love the Malai Chicken, so soft and tender and flavorful. Not the greatest picture, but this is Lamb Rogan Josh – a slight spin on the classic.And also Butter Chicken. And of course my favorite part of the Indian meal – Naan. Garlic and Butter here, without a doubt any highlight for me. Classics are done pretty well. A thoroughly enjoyable meal.
