Yes, in Singapore we go to the airport as a food destination!  Where else in the world can you say that?  Decided to try the Colonial Club at T3 with my son after dropping my wife off on her business trip to Germany.

It’s located on the viewing area of T3, so he gets to see airplanes and I get to eat!

Started off with the Sour Plum Lime Juice.  Always love this.My son gets the Chicken Rice kids meal.  Complete in a Mouse bowl/plate combo with cookies and a pudding. And I get what I couldn’t resist – Soft Shell Crab Laksa.  This was pretty perfect.  The crab was well fried, not too oily and not too much batter.  The Laksa gravy was rich and not too spicy and not too coconut-y.  The flavor was right there. I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the Laksa.  It was quite good to me.  I would like to go back and try the other items there!
