Still on that elusive search for New York style Pizza in Singapore. Bella Pizza is a good pizza shop, but it is good pizza or is it great New York Pizza (great pizza only applies to New York style)?

We started off with a “Pizza Boat”, or what I know as Garbage Bread.  Nicely done. Of course, Fried Calamari. Bacon Pizza.  The crust is not bad, good wood-fired pizza.  Not New York style, but it’s still pretty good pizza. A white pizza with Salami, Ricotta and Spinach.  Not bad at all. Some pasta for the table as well.The pizza here is good, there is no doubt.  But again, soggy crust in the middle.  It needs to hold up there.  But, worth another trip for the pizza.
