George’s Katong Laksa is considered one of the best Laksas in Singapore. I hadn’t tried it until a friend asked me to meet her there for it.

What I found was a deep rich gravy full of different flavors and tastes all at the same time.

The noodles were shorter so all one needs is a spoon.

Definitely a Laksa worth trying!
